W E E K 5 - Elementary and PreTeen
Key Question: Why do your words matter? Kids are aware of the impact their actions have on their relationships, including the words they use. We hope that kids will start to think about the importance of words and how they can use them to help others.
We finish this month with something Paul wrote in Ephesians 4:29. Paul writes, Don’t let any evil talk come out of your mouths. Say only what will help to build others up and meet their needs, (NIrV). Our words have power to help or hurt others. When it comes to our rules for life, what we say and how we speak matters.
Bottom Line: Use your words wisely. We kids understand that how they use their words can show God’s love to others.

W E E K 5 - Preschoolers
Story Focus: Jesus is amazing. We will end the month with Jesus again doing only what He can do—healing a blind man and making his eyes see again. But Jesus doesn’t just do these amazing things. Jesus is amazing!
Jesus did so many amazing things while He was on earth, and we want our preschoolers to know all about them. Learning that the same baby Jesus they heard about at Christmas grew to be a man who performed amazing miracles is a key piece of preschoolers’ spiritual foundation. Jesus is God’s Son, and He is amazing.
