Welcome to Virtual Kids Church: July 12, 2020
Week 2 of July, we continue our theme in Kids Church – Focus: Take a Closer Look! And in Junior Church - I Spy: I Can Believe in Jesus!
We have been exploring how to respond to God in faith, believing in what we cannot see because of what we can see.
This week in Kids Church, we see find the apostle Paul in Athens. He noticed a statue they had built to an “unknown god” as if the people of Athens were covering their bases, just in case they missed a god out there. Paul used this to share the truth about Jesus with the people.
Bottom Line: You can help others know Jesus. Regardless of how old someone is, if they have a relationship with Jesus, they can help others know Him too. We want kids to realize the simple ways they can share Jesus with others. From inviting them to church once restrictions are lifted, to being kind and sharing their toys with siblings at home, kids can play a huge role in helping their friends and family form a solid relationship with God.
