This class is being taught by Mike Feil. Mike is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is serving as pastor of Praise Deaf Church. The class will not offer martial arts training but instead will focus on awareness and how to escape an unwanted situation.  

There is no charge for this event.

Participants are advised to come in workout clothes and no loose jewelry. There will be a refresher course for those who previously attended as well as any first timers.
