The earliest time they have available looks to be 8 AM which is recommended. I think there's better air in the morning before clouds and wind pick up. Plan to be there for a few hours and it takes about 2 hours to get back and forth. It's a blast though!

You have to meet the basic requirements listed:

• Generally be in good health.
• Weigh less than 250 pounds. 
• Be at least 18 years of age, NO EXCEPTIONS including parental consent.
• Present legal photo identification REGARDLESS OF AGE
