After having her heart captivated by Jesus at a young age, Lauren has desired to help others experience His presence in their own lives. She began helping with children at her local church at the age of ten. She has served as a Bible study leader, worship leader, camp counselor, and Sunday school teacher. After marrying her high school sweetheart and moving across the country, she began helping in the nursery at Praise in 2018 and coordinating the nursery volunteers in 2022.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a bachelor’s in Human Development. As a homeschooling mother of seven, Lauren is a skilled organizer. She is passionate about training children to walk in character, instilling in them God’s truth, and encouraging a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. Lauren enjoys cultivating a nursery environment where each child is embraced as a blessing and each family is supported.
