This class is being taught by Mike Feil. Mike is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is serving as pastor of Praise Deaf Church. The class will not offer martial arts training but instead will focus on awareness and how to escape an unwanted situation.
There is no charge for this event but interested participants must sign up in advance.
Participants are advised to come in workout clothes and no loose jewelry. There will be about a 15 to 20 minute lecture portion and the rest of the session will be hands on.
