Dwight joined Royal Rangers as a 7 year old at Outpost 14, Catlett Assembly of God, where his Dad pastored. As a member of Outpost 64 in Elkton, Maryland, Dwight was the 7th Ranger from the Potomac District to earn the Gold Medal of Achievement.
Dwight has served as Outpost Coordinator of Outpost 284 at Praise Assembly for over 20 years and served in various sectional and district leadership roles. He also served as the Northeast Regional Coordinator and member of the National Royal Rangers Executive Committee for over 18 years. His heart and passion over the years has been to serve the boys in the local outpost as well as train and encourage other leaders through various organizational leadership roles.
He has served on staff at many National Training events including National Training Camps (NTC), National Rangers Ministry Camps (NRMC) and World Class Outpost (WCO) training seminars. He has traveled to Chile and Bolivia on Pathfinder Missions teams to construct churches and share the gospel.
Dwight graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and also earned his Masters in Business Administration. He is a registered professional civil engineer in DE, MD, PA, NJ and SC. He and his wife Heather are actively involved in several ministries at Praise Assembly, and they have four adult children and three grandchildren.
